I've owned the boat for 18 years (since 2003), purchased through Sailboat Sales at Crowley's. I've always stored the boat at Crowley's Yacht Yard, (CYY). Engine has always been professionally maintained by CYY. Full engine service and winterizing every year by CYY. Spring inspection and start every year by CYY.
- Complete engine service in spring 2020 performed by CYY - scheduled maintenance per service recommendations inn Yanmar guide: injectors, valves, transmission, etc. (approx $1,700)
- Boat has always been sailed on Lake Michigan
- Electronics replaced in 2013 - Garmin (boat speed, wind speed/direction, depth - 3 displays)

Nice performance cruiser. Fast and responsive. Fun to sail. Our kids grew up on this boat. Now my wife and I want a more full on cruiser with furling main, etc.
I have original owners manual and manuals for various equipment. All are onboard (in swing out cabinet under the chart table).
