Chaparral's wide-body Extended V-Plane running surface is predictable and true in a wide variety of water conditions. Our elongated bottom design also pays off inside the 270 with added headroom, legroom and storage space. Access to minor services are easy via a one-piece hinged engine compartment that is well supported. The bilge area is gelcoated for easy clean up and features loom-wrap wiring and extra storage. To help reduce glare, we use a platinum or champagne color coordinated helm instead of stark white which creates added glare. Aluminum dash panels won't warp like plastic.
