In 2022 a new two-cylinder Beta Marine 18 horsepower, fresh-water cooled, diesel engine was installed along with new single lever throttle/shift lever, Teleflex cables, muffler, and flexible shaft coupling. The propeller is a three-blade MaxProp feathering propeller. At the time of engine installation, the fuel tank was removed, inspected, cleaned, tested, and re-installed.

Hull was constructed of all hand-layed solid fiberglass. Balsa-cored deck was molded in one piece. Forest green Awlgripped hull (2022) and off white Awlgripped decks (2021), bronze opening ports (with screens) and bronze deck hardware. Full keel with attached rudder and cutaway forefoot.
